Trade your expectation for appreciation and the whole world changes instantly.

Hey lovely, welcome to the blog.
It’s fascinating really, when you think about it. You and I are on this incredible journey through life. Traversing the fine line between the highs and lows; just trying to avoid the pitfalls of suffering and reach our truest potential. Deep, I know.
I’ve always been so fascinated by happiness. What does it mean? Where do you go to get it? And why do some people have a shopping trolley load of it and for others, it’s like using a metal detector on Skeggy beach on a hunt for gold. I think my interest in happiness came when I had none of it. When the lows were through the floor and I couldn’t seem to pull myself out of that hole. Since that time, I’ve been finding happiness in every nook and cranny that my eye could spy.
I’m a dreamer. Partial to a sunset, awed by a sunrise. I smile seeing elderly couples holding hands and cry seeing the glow of a pregnant woman. I’m constantly touched by the beauty of the world and the humble, kind humans that inhabit it. My work is my service to the world and my dream is to alleviate the suffering and sadness of as many people as I can through inviting happiness and appreciation into every single area of our lives.
Big dream, eh? You bet.
